The Winter Springs Fire Department in cooperation with Seminole County Solid Waste Division offers – FREE OF CHARGE – sharps containers for used needles and a disposal program. Simply come to the fire station, pick up a container and return it when it is ¾ full. REMEMBER DO NOT FILL THE CONTAINER PAST THE FULL LINE. THE BIOHAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSPORT COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT CONTAINERS THAT HAVE BEEN OVERFILLED
